- Submit genuine resumes and documents free of false representations or misleading claims.
- Attend scheduled interviews punctually or give reasonable advance notice if rescheduling is necessary.
- Acknowledge that submitting a profile or resume does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview or job offer.
4. Employer Responsibilities
Organizations utilizing our corporate hiring services agree to:
- Provide accurate job specifications, required qualifications, compensation ranges, and working conditions for posted openings.
- Treat all candidate resumes received from Theramai with strict confidentiality and solely for evaluating employment suitability.
- Adhere to fair, non-discriminatory hiring and statutory employment practices.
5. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All text, branding, graphics, logos, and layout elements on this website are the intellectual property of Theramai. You agree not to copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, or distribute any site content for unauthorized commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
